On February 6th, 2022 the outgoing President of Hellenic Philatelic Society (H.P.S - E.F.E) Ioakeim Chalvatzidopoulos revealed a plaque naming the Society’s Library Room hereinafter as “The Neoklis Zafeirakopoulos H.P.S Library Room” celebrating the memory of late Neoklis Zafeirakopoulos. The late Neoklis Zafeirakopoulos, apart for being for many years in charge of the Society’s Library, was a prominent philatelic scholar, an astute thinker and overall an outstanding personality.

On February 6th, 2022 the election for the new Board of the Hellenic Philatelic Society took place on the H.P.S premises. Antonis Manoloudis was elected as the Society’s New President and the following Board Members : Georgia Baltsou, Alekos Galinos, Spyros Koutsidis, Manolis Koutsounakis, Andreas Nikolaidis, Nikos Rasias, Alexis Savvopoulos and Nikos Varouxis. The General Assembly approved the proposal of the outgoing Board to nominate Antonis Virvilis as Honorary President of the H.P.S.
