Evaggelos Karras is a Supreme Court Lawyer, graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He was born and living in Agrinion Aitoloakarnania where he has his Law Office since 2009.
His interest in Philately started since his childhood. The focus of his philatelic interests are the LHH and the SHH issues, the 1930 Independence issue as well as a collection of cover having vignette-cancellations of Greek interest.
He is a member and a Board Director of the Agrinio Philatelic Society and the Hellenic Philatelic Society.
